The arrival of the games has been very satisfying for us and we are pleased to be closer to delivering their games to all the sponsors. They have also been days of a lot of work organizing the different delivery and shipping processes, but it is a pleasure for the whole team to work on this project for you, mainly.

Here we mention the following steps to follow for the different destinations:

EU

The company in charge of the fulfillment today confirmed the arrival of the games in Germany. Preparations are beginning to start shipping.

US and Canada

The shipment of the games to the US is being prepared where a company will take care of the shipments to each of the backers within the country.

Mexico (English)

Tomorrow there will be the official launch event of the game where we will deliver the games to all the Mexican backers in CDMX who supported us in our campaign.

Also the following week we will begin with the shipments of the games for all the Mexican backers who supported us in the interior of the Republic.

Mexico (Guadalajara)

For the backers who supported us at the Roll A Game event, we will possibly be in this city on the weekend of September 19-20. This is yet to be confirmed.

Mexico (Español)

Mañana se realizará el evento oficial de lanzamiento del juego en donde haremos la entrega de los juegos a todos los backers mexicanos en la CDMX que nos apoyaron en nuestra campaña.

Asimismo la siguiente semana empezaremos con los envíos de los juegos para todos los backers mexicanos que nos apoyaron en el interior de la República.

Mexico (Guadalajara)

Para los backers que nos apoyaron en el evento Roll A Game, posiblemente estaremos en esta ciudad el fin de semana del 19 al 20 de septiembre. Esto aún esta por confirmarse.

South America

Hi Artists!

A big hare step for us and we need to remind ourselves that it's thank to you. But we know that all that matters is that every backer has their game, so we are arranging the deliveries to US, Mexico, and South America immediately.

We will update with the details in a couple of days.

For EU the games are already in Germany and they are preparing the deliveries too.

Fulfillment update

Hi Artists,

These last few weeks have been very stressful for us as we face various issues in our fulfillment process. We love to give you good news but unfortunately today we can't. We know all of you are very excited and anxious to get the game in your hands, we are too. Here are the current situations for each Region:

Europe

Shipment will arrive at the port next week. The fulfillment company told us that the import process for all the products from China is taking more time, so we are expecting 3-4 weeks more to start the fulfillment of every backer.

Mexico

Shipment will arrive at the port next week. The company that is making the import is also telling us that the import process is taking more time than usual. We hope to start the deliveries at the end of this month and one week later travel to Guadalajara to deliver the game to all the backers that support us in the Roll A Game Expo. 

Asia

Within all these problems we are facing, we have good news for our Asian backers as your games should be coming to you during these days. The tracking numbers have been sent to your email.

US and Canada

We have to wait for the import of the games to Mexico, and then we will ship them to the US and Canda. Unfortunately, the estimated time here is more difficult to calculate because of the different problems we are facing with the imports and the effectiveness of the shipment companies.

Make no mistake, we are looking for the fastest option to deliver the games to you. However, many times these things are out of our hands or have an additional cost and we are also going through difficult times financially as a new independent publisher.

We know that the wait is being longer than expected but we hope for your understanding and a little more of the great support that you have given us so far.

 The good times are yet to come.

Games on their way from China.

These have been difficult times for all of us, but the important thing is to keep moving forward. Before anything else, everyone at Gaming Hole wants to wish you the best and continue to bring good times as far as we can. We want to thank you for your patience so far and we know that many are eager to have the game and we would like Tattoo Brawl to bring you moments of fun in these times.

The games are already on their way from China to their respective destinations. The transportation is being by ship so, we want to ask you a little more patience.

Below we provide information on shipping/delivery logistics and estimated time*:

Asia:

The games are being shipped directly from China.

Estimated time 15-20 days.

Europe:

The games are being shipped to Germany. Deliveries will be made by the company Happyshops.

Estimated time 42-48 days.

US:

We had problems sending the games directly from China to the US, so we are sending the games to Mexico and from there we will be sending them to the US.

Estimated time 45-52 days.

México:

Los juegos están en camino y una vez que los tengamos en nuestro almacén los estaremos enviando o entregando a cada uno de los backers.

Tiempo estimado 42 -48 días.

Ciudad de México:

Con estos últimos cambios en la situación actual y la reapertura de varios negocios en los próximos días, como la Caravana CDMX, podremos hacer la entrega de los juegos en el establecimiento como se había considerado. Sin embargo el evento planeado no se podrá realizar por los motivos de salubridad que están establecidos.

Guadalajara:

Para todos las personas que nos apoyaron durante la convención RollAGame, podremos hacer la entrega en la ciudad. Aún no sabemos específicamente en donde, pero un posible lugar podría ser la Caravana. De cualquier manera estaremos por allá haciendo varias entregas en diferentes tiendas por lo que les estaremos avisando con más detalle donde y como serán las entregas una vez teniendo los juegos en la Ciudad de México.

*At this moment there are many processes, like imports and transportation that due to the current situation the estimated times can change dramatically and we may face delays (hope not). It is difficult to give you the details of these situations because they are in many cases administrative delays. However, we will be informing you of what we can during this process. We greatly appreciate your understanding. And believe us, what we love the most is that you already have their game at home.

We want to remind you that the game is available in Tabletop Simulator. We know that it's not accessible to everyone and that it's not the same as having the physical game, but we want to give you that option for now.
