Hi Artists,

We already received a video and a picture of the new finish for the metal coins.

They will need about 5 days to produce them and a few more for the packaging of all the games with the corresponding add-ons and all the final arrangements.

We will post again next week to keep you updated about this.

Retail ready! but just a little longer

Hi Artists,

There isn't any big news to share unfortunately, but we wanted to give you an update anyway.

The retail version is ready to deliver. The manufacturers send us a video.

The process with the Deluxe version is moving a little more slowly.

We take a close look to the metal coins and we ask to the manufacturer if they can offer us another finish for the metal coins. The problem was that the manufacturer outsourced the metal coins to another manufacturer and because of the virus situation, they have to change the manufacturer.

They will give us another sample in 5 days. We will send an update in 5 days or as soon as we have this sample.

Thank you for your patience during these exceptional times.

To end with a positive thing, we upload some tattoo designs for coloring. We hope you find them interesting for relaxing and having fun at home.

We keep moving forward

Hi Artists,

First of all I hope each one of you are well and safe at home.

We have a small good news because the manufacturer told us that is starting the assembling and packaging of the games. They give us the 29th of this month as final date.

We understand that we are behind in the dates we promised but most of the circumstances are out of our hands and maybe some of them, out of everybody's hands but believe we all are working hard to deliver the games as soon as possible.

Another issue that we want to talk about is the color of the 50 metal coins. The manufacturer told us that they could make this coins with the color we are using in the miniature, the wood marker and in many graphics of the game and as we describe them in the project page. Now they told us that they can't make them with this color and they used a navy blue instead.

We can tell the manufacturer to change them, but this will delay a lot all the process for all games (Retail and Deluxe), so we think the best solution is keep the metal coins as the manufacturer have them already and continue with the assembling and packaging process.

 We believe that it is important to communicate this now and not that you know until you receive the product.

About the shipping,

the circumstances are shifting everyday but at the moment we think we can use Fulfillrite for our US backers and the rest of the world. A store in Germany, HappyShops told us they can help us with the shippings for the EU.

For the Asia backers we hope we can use VFI to fulfill their game but they told us at this time that they can collect the games but they can send them. So we will keep the communication to know the best option.

Thank you for your support and understanding. In fact, the contact of the store in Germany was provided by one backer, so we appreciate a lot any kind of help you give us at this difficult moment.

Tattoo Brawl online?

We have an online version of the game on Tabletop Simulator if you want to start practicing.

Tabletop Simulator is a board game simulator that you can download in the Steam platform (https://store.steampowered.com/app/286160/Tabletop_Simulator). Once you download it you just have to search the game in the Tabletop Simulator profile inside Steam and suscribe to the game. Then it will apear in your menu when you start Tabletop Simulator.

Also, very soon we will upload some tattoo designs in black and white if you want to spend some time in this quarantine color them with your own style.

Hi Artists,

I hope each and every one of you is well at home.

Unfortunately we are facing multiples problems because the situation, but we are working on them so you have your games as soon as possible.

The first issue is the production time that's been delayed again and they say they will have the games finished April 17th.

Here are the last pictures they sent to us.

As a company located in Mexico City we have also the financial problem because the exchange rate has changed dramatically for us. As a small company this impact a lot in many things.

We know this is a problem that we have to solve and you should have your games no matter what, nevertheless we want to tell you about our actual true situation.

Still on our side we are waiting for the manufacturing to finish and then send the games to a fulfillment partner; that probably we will use only one now, Fulfillrite. This changes as the situation unfolds.

We are looking for the best way to proceed so that you have the games as fast as possible and for our economic situation.

We really would like to promise a delivery date by now, but the situation is very complicated. Even so we think you can have your copy by the end of May, if everything is ok.

Also, we want to ask for the support of all the backers that bought a Deluxe versión, because we will send later and separately the temporary tattoos pack.

All the team keep the spirit up and we still are very excited about this project and we know that it is a great game that will give them many joys. We want you to also keep your spirits up during this situation, and after.

Locking addresses & Important News

We will locking shipping addresses next Monday, March 9th. That means you have five days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey.

If you need to review your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://tattoobrawlgame.backerkit.com.

Also we have to communicate that unfortunately two situations caused our delivery date to be delayed.

The situation in China made the factories have to stop for a few weeks and on the other hand we had a problem with the miniature to which we had to modify the design a bit since the sample they sent us arrived broken and although the manufacturers assured us that with the final material there would be no problems, we did not want to take risks.

We’re currently aiming to ship rewards on the first days of May. If you need to change your shipping address, please make the changes in your BackerKit survey during this week.
